If you’ve ever seen OLIO’s incredibly powerful TV advert, you’ll know just how compelling their message is. Every time we watch it, we’re reminded of the urgent need to shift our habits and rethink waste. What started as admiration from afar has now turned into a deeply rewarding collaboration. After OLIO secured their impressive $43 million Series B funding, we stepped in to help scale their team, ensuring they had the talent needed to accelerate their mission.
OLIO’s innovative approach to tackling food and household waste aligns closely with our values, making this partnership one we’re particularly passionate about. Their vision to create a waste-free world, led by the inspirational female founders Tessa Clarke and Saasha Celestial-One, continues to inspire us. It’s a privilege to work with a company that not only sets out to change behaviours on a global scale but also leads by example in fostering a positive and collaborative working culture.
Since the start of our partnership, we’ve successfully placed 56 roles across multiple functions, helping to build the infrastructure needed for OLIO to scale sustainably. Beyond hiring, we’ve also provided support in a talent operations capacity, ensuring that their internal processes align with their ambitious growth goals.
