Building on over 20 years of experience and success in influencing how people feel through music in TV, film and gaming, they have launched their latest venture, Myndstream.

They are on a mission to release the power of music to improve the health and wellbeing of the listener, whether that be to improve mood, boost productivity, or promote relaxation. Myndstream work with world leading musicians, scientists, and wellness practitioners to understand how music affects how we feel. This allows them to create health and wellbeing music that has the maximum impact on the listener. Their work has transformed many spaces globally, from spas through their music streaming subscription to their bespoke projects in hotels, schools and hospitals. Myndstream also touch the lives of millions of people daily through Myndstream’s music that is available on all major streaming platforms and their owned youtube channel Yellow Brick Cinema which has 6.5m monthly subscribers (give them a listen and see what you think).

The Role:

Myndstream are seeking a passionate and data-driven Growth Marketing and Partnerships Lead to join their small, mission-driven team. This newly created role will be at the forefront of driving their mission and growth plans as they establish a whole new category in the market. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing web-based subscription sales (user acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth), in-person sales events (such as trade shows), and distribution driving partnerships. Working closely with the marketing director and executive leadership team, you'll leverage data to draw insights, creatively solve problems and devise growth strategies that keep them ahead of the curve. This is an opportunity to shape a role that will be instrumental in Myndstream's success.

Responsibilities of the Growth Marketing & Partnerships Lead

Subscription Sales:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition campaigns across paid search, social media advertising and organic channels (SEO, content marketing) to achieve targeted cost per triallist, cost per acquisition and LTV whilst minimising churn
  • Optimise conversion funnels, improving website UX to drive trialists and managing CX and content marketing to convert trialists to subscribers.
  • Create high-quality content briefs for our in house designer to bring to life for landing pages, social content and email marketing campaigns.
  • Set clear and measurable goals for all marketing initiatives and track progress through data analysis.
  • Generate regular reports that analyse website traffic, user behaviour and marketing campaign performance against KPIs and provide insights for optimisation.

Partnership Management

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships, building and maintaining strong relationships with partner representatives.
  • Brief and oversee the creation of all marketing materials for co-branded campaigns.
  • Train internal staff on partner programmes and offerings.
  • Implement and manage incentive programs for partners and customers.
  • Manage the measurement and evaluation of partnership endeavours and provide insights for optimisation.

Face-to-Face Sales Support

  • Assist with tradeshow planning and execution (logistics, booth design, lead generation).
  • Collaborate with the sales to understand customer journeys to optimise the website landing pages for conversion at events.
  • Manage the leads generated through the marketing funnel.

  • Highly data driven, proactive and results orientated: a passion for data and leveraging it to find and narrate the big picture. Seeing and acting to stay a few steps ahead of the game at all times.
  • Agile working approach: our company is early-stage so ways of working are dynamic, resilience is required and there are constantly new paths to tread.
  • Commercial and creative acumen: from budgeting through to proving value for our various marketing channels you will need a sharp instinct and strategic mindset for commercial value & business opportunities to “deliver the donuts”.
  • Able to demonstrate >5 years experience in these areas with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in e.g. marketing/ communication/business management and / or relevant work experience in a related field either for a digital agency working or inhouse on a brand.
  • Experience with hubspot, media buying, SEO and content marketing is a plus
  • Reforge course qualification is a bonus.

  • This is a full-time position based in White City, London
  • They operate a hybrid working model with a 3:2 (office:home) day split per week
  • Competitive salary based on experience
