They primarily sell directly to consumers, but you can also find them in online stores like Amazon, and on the shelves in Boots, Selfridges and other retailers.

About the role

They’ve grown rapidly since launching their first product just over a year ago, delivering it to over 80,000 happy customers, picking up a raft of awards and a B Corp certification along the way. Their goal is to change the way people view oral care, taking it from a clinical, uninspiring and wasteful space, to one with beautifully designed, high performance products that prioritise sustainability. They’re creating a best-in-class brand that’s truly differentiated in the market, and to help do that we’re looking for ambitious and talented creative to join our team. As an integral part of the team, you’ll work across all our content and design outputs, helping us create engaging and delightful experiences across all their digital and physical channels.

About the role:

SURI has launched in the UK’s biggest retailer for electrical dental and are building an exciting pipeline of retail opportunities throughout this year. To keep up with this rapid growth, we now need an ambitious, proactive Retail National Account Executive to provide support across the entire Retail channel – one of the most important parts of the business in coming years.

This will be a varied role that offers exposure to all aspects of the Sales function, including but not limited to reporting and analysis, administrative support, retailer pitching preparation, account management, market research, new business development, forecasting, and executing shopper marketing plans.

Much of the above will see you working cross-functionally with Marketing, Ops, and Finance teams, giving exposure to all aspects of the business. While relevant experience is valuable, commercial aptitude, an appetite for learning, and willingness to get stuck in are of equal importance in this role.

The role will include analytics and reporting, a key pillar to any successful commercial team. We are looking for someone with Excel literacy and eager to get deep into the numbers, with a keen eye for detail.

A bit about you:

1-2 years’ work experience in FMCG

Numerate including proficiency in Excel

Effective communication and presentation skills

Highly organised, process driven and reliable

Strong experience in building and maintaining relationships.

Interest in developing negotiation skills and an understanding of commercials.

A passion for wellness & sustainability with a desire to play a significant role in SURI’s mission

A team player who believes we will achieve more together.
