They are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance and Operations Manager to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role requires expertise in managing operations and ensuring seamless day-to-day business processes. You will play a vital role in driving operational excellence and financial efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

1. Operations Leadership:

• Manage B2B orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

• Oversee DTC operations, including order processing, stock management, and efficiency improvements.

• Act as the main contact between HQ, the wholesale agency, and wholesale order-related issues.

• Coordinate with operations and production teams to align inventory needs and production schedules.

• Supervise and support the Operations Coordinator.

2. Financial Oversight:

• Manage and coordinate Accounts Receivables, including invoice factoring, ensuring timely handling of all invoices.

• Monitor and control financial operations, ensuring adherence to budgets and optimizing cost efficiency.

• Support financial planning and reporting tasks as required.

3. Wholesale Insurance Management:

• Oversee and maintain wholesale insurance policies to ensure compliance and active coverage.

• Monitor and enforce credit terms to align with insurance requirements.

• Add new customers and manage credit limits, coordinating with insurers for appropriate coverage.

4. Cross-Functional Communication:

• Liaise with the Operations Coordinator and Production team to align on timelines, troubleshoot issues, and streamline processes.

• Serve as the main contact for enhancing workflows across operations and finance.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Strong background in operations management, ideally with wholesale and e-commerce experience.

• Financial acumen with expertise in invoicing, budgeting, and reporting.

• Familiarity with tools like order management software/Joor, or accounting software/Xero.

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on streamlining processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Details:

• Work Eligibility: They are unable to sponsor work visas for this role. Candidates must already have the right to work in the UK.

• Location: The role is based in their office in W10 3 days a week, with flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.
