The Opportunity:
What the Role Involves:
You will manage operational aspects across the business.
● Oversee the end-to-end management of new content releases each month, working closely with production teams, translation partners, and admin
support to ensure we stay on track with our content release schedule.
● Lead key strategic projects within operations to improve the quality of the inrehearsal product and services and optimise efficiency in delivery and management
● Be the custodian of the library, supporting the Customer Success team by troubleshooting content & technical errors and accessibility issues as and when they arise.
● Assist the customer success team with reporting needs as required.
● Oversee contractual agreements with third parties and subject matter experts.
You'll be a great fit if:
● You have experience working in B2B operations or product management.
● You’ve worked in Learning & Development—maybe for an LMS, a digital content provider.
● You’re excited by the challenges of refining operational processes and have a keen eye for attention to detail.

● You’ve worked with a CRM before (e.g., Hubspot, Pipedrive) and tools like Intercom.
● You’re digitally proficient and have a working understanding of, digital file types and media management, AI and desktop/web-based software—you feel comfortable triaging technical inquiries.
