Their objective is simple: to connect organisations with subject matter experts, industry-leading trainers and innovative new ideas through on-demand digital content, broadcast-quality video classes and live events. They now support hundreds of clients worldwide, including McDonald's, BMW, Starbucks, Deloitte and Farfetch.

inrehearsal are looking for an Account Executive to be the first sales hire, taking over new business from their Founders. You’ll have the opportunity to take their revenue to a new level and have a huge impact.

You'll be a great fit if:

  • You have experience in B2B SaaS sales and a proven track record of hitting revenue targets and generating your own pipeline through targeted outreach
  • You are excited about the prospect of turbocharging sales, with a product that truly has product market fit
  • You're energised about joining a small, remote-first team at an exciting stage of growth—you enjoy the freedom of working autonomously and hitting individual goals, but also want to feel like you're part of something bigger
  • You're curious, motivated, and have a growth mindset—you'll be supported to try and fail and contribute to keeping a psychologically safe, high-trust team.

Bonus if:

  • You have experience in L&D / HR tech or can demonstrate relevant experience selling to a similar demographic and a genuine passion for entering the industry
  • You've worked with Hubspot
  • You’ve worked your way up from being an SDR to an Account Executive
  • You’re a learning nerd and really care about personal development
  • You’re familiar with sales methodologies such as MEDPICC
  • 5+ years of experience

What the role involves:

  • You’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle — from Researching to Prospecting, Nurturing, Demoing and Closing.
  • You’ll inherit a full pipeline of opportunities to close and be supported by a top notch lead generation agency
  • Reporting to our Managing Director, you'll help to co-create and finesse their ambitious Growth Strategy.
  • You’ll work closely with their Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handover
  • You’ll collaborate with their Marketing efforts, and contribute creative ideas for ways to increase lead generation

They are exploring moving to a model where everyone will be together more often in a central London office (2-3 days per week). You may also occasionally be required to travel to see clients or attend conferences!

Salary: £70k + double OTE

Interview process: Approximately 3.5 hours over a few weeks, including a short written task and mock pitch.
