Job Overview:
We are seeking a Demand Planner with a proactive mindset and keen attention to detail to oversee inventory management, optimise stock levels and enhance logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have very strong analytical skills, the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and a problem-solving approach. This role requires close collaboration with the rest of the UpCircle team to ensure efficient forecasting, good stock levels across three continents and to encourage continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Stock Management:
- Oversee inventory, including inbound and internal stock movements for finished goods.
- Maintain and update the Inventory Planner IP system.
- Ensure optimum stock levels across all global warehouses at all times.
- Provide regular stock reports and analytics to the UpCircle team and generate insights to the Supply Chain Manager for inventory strategies.
- Liaise frequently with the Marketing Team to understand the dynamics and drivers of sales volumes which can be volatile and fluctuate regularly.
- Utilise Inventory Planner (IP) to forecast and track current stock volume and sales numbers.
- Manage inventory and coordinate stock movements on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with Operations Executives and the Supply Chain & Operations Manager.
- Submit end-of-month warehouse stock reports to Finance.
- Generate reports to advise on sales strategy and demand planning as well as providing insights on changes in stock turn across regions.
Logistics & Operations:
- Manage large wholesale customer orders and support Operations Executives as needed.
- Oversee large international wholesale shipments efficiently.
- Communicate with 3PL partners in the UK, EU, and US on stock concerns, promotions, order processes, POS items, damages, SLAs, booking-in, and shipping.
- Handle claims with 3PLs and couriers, including surcharges and lost shipments.
- Monitor and address warehouse SLA performance, including pick-and-pack errors.
- Maintain detailed records of manufacturing issues for escalation by the Supply Chain Manager.
